Alfonso Nieto is the absolute winner of the late November 2009 Matlab International Online Programming Competition (link here). This young Spanish talent, who studied Telecommunications Engineering in Spain and finished his PhD in Computational Neuroscience at Boston University, lives now in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he works as an international consultant -or something of the like.
